    Brilliant to hear. I think you've made some key points here, ones that I can identify with. I feel I am making progress too, I've accepted things and no longer look for reassurance - the only person that can reassure me is me!
    Your whole post is full of positive attitude and I think that's the key. If you can find that, you're on your way IMO!
