Brilliant to hear. I think you've made some key points here, ones that I can identify with. I feel I am making progress too, I've accepted things and no longer look for reassurance - the only person that can reassure me is me!<b id="quote">quote:</b id="quote"><table border="0" id="quote"><tr id="quote"><td class="quote" id="quote">It feels like I'm slowly unwinding, relaxing, accepting the world and myself, understanding my illness(es) and wanting to get out there and do things!!
I have so much more understanding of the illness now and I realise the importance of relaxation.
I no longer feel dependent on another person for a relationship to make me feel valid.

Your whole post is full of positive attitude and I think that's the key. If you can find that, you're on your way IMO!
