20mg to 30mg

Hi guys, I went from 20mg to 30mg last Wednesday. Does anybody have an idea how long it would take to feel the benefit? I'm feeling ok at mo not great but ok. Negative thoughts still there and minimal anxiety hanging over me still. I first started on them in Oct 2010 and was on them for 2 and a half years then I came off them completely but lapsed and went back on them in November 2013. Any comments appreciated

Some weeks, Sam. How many is impossible to predict, but I wouldn't expect much for 2-3 weeks and it could take longer.

I first started on them in Oct 2010 and was on them for 2 and a half years then I came off them completely but lapsed and went back on them in November 2013.

I assume 20mg was working well until recently and then became less effective. Were you under greater than usual stress at the time?
