I'm so bloated

that i look like and feel like i'm 8 months pregeant !!!!!!! I am so uncomfortable. I am bloated from right under my breast clear
down to my hip bones. And i feel so much pressure on my left
side rib area, has anyone ever felt like this before ? I have been feeling like this for a week or so except 1 day it went away for just that 1 day then it was back the next day and been with me since. I HATE THIS FEELING BAD !!!!! I feel like i can't hardly get my breath at times. So if anyone can help me out with this i would be so happy to hear from them.

I have problems with bloating too from time to time and one thing that helps somewhat is cutting right back on bread!

Judi have you bothered asking your doctor about it at all??

Thanks Nicola for the other posts. I read them and it does sound somewhat like i have. I'm going to try and cut out bread and stuff that
might be causing this problem. Thanks again

Hi Piglet,
Thanks for responing to my post. Yes i have been to the doctor many times over the years for this problem. They can't seem to find a answer for this and they don't seem to be concerned about it either. I get this about 3 times a year .it does go away in time though i just thought maybe & hopefully someone on here would of found a cure for it. LOL

Ive had this for years, it can give me ectopic beats, i thought for so long that i had heart failure and that the bloating was asites! its just stress tho!
