Try to distract yourself from thinking about it, maybe play a game on here or watch a movie and be kind to yourself.

I feel awful! How long does the tablet take to wear off? I feel completely crazy & foggy headed not sure if this is common? Or is just my panic/anxiety

Stay with it. The fog does happen at first but will fade soon. You should feel more relaxed soon.
