3 weeks with out taking this

So I was on quite a high dose of this for about a year , then went down to 2 mg a day then after a few weeks went down to 1 mg for a while then .5 for a few weeks then stopped taking it , been 3 weeks now and starting to really struggle again . Is this normal or am I just over thinking it ? Was doing ok but really tired all the time and can't shake off my feelings

If you have been on a high dose to control anxiety then it would seem logical that the anxiety would return when you stop taking the medication..... unless you have taken other steps to manage the anxiety.

3 weeks sounds quite late so I would imagine it is less likely to be withdrawal and more likely to be the original problem returning.

Are you on any other medications for the anxiety or what else are you doing to manage it?
