Overwhelming tiredness/racing pulse all of a sudden when at rest??
Does this sound like anxiety? I know my anxiety levels are up since stopping my meds and I'm weary/no energy a lot of the time. But I have noticed this recent symptom -I'll just be sitting there in a relaxed setting (happens more when other people are there/chatting) or even sometimes when I'm in bed it'll suddenly happen that my heart is racing. Or I sometimes just start feeling out of it and as if I will be too weak to stand up -or that my heart will race way too fast if I stand up.
Does this sound familiar to anyone?
