    freaking out

So I havent been on here for a while. I havent had a panic attack in months and my HA seemed under control. But the last couple of weeks have been horrible. Ive gone from having leukemia to a brain tumor to ectopic pregnancy to DVT. Right now my symptoms are...
    Facial twitching
    Headache
    Tight chest
    All over aches and pains
    Nausea
    Dizziness
    Tiredness

I dont know what is wrong and if the symptoms are related or several isolated symptoms or a mixture of the two but I'm convinced there is something seriously wrong and im terrified to go to sleep. I hate feeling like this and as my HA was waning, I cant remember if I've felt like this before. Someone pls help me. I don't want to die :'(

    Re: freaking out

Hello Lisa, all the symptoms you mention can be as a result of health anxiety. This awful illness does all sort of things to you and the more uptight you get the worse the physical symptoms get.

Have you seen your doctor lately as they will be able to give you some medication which will help.

Health Anxiety is a real bummer.
