For years now I've had discomfort under my left ribs, near the bottom of them. Like there's something stuck under there, I only really notice it when I'm sitting, slouching or not walking up straight. It doesn't hurt when I press there and I can't seem to feel anything. Also my left ribs have always stuck out more than my right, especially the last rib. I've always pushed it to the back of my mind but it's resurfaced in my head and I cannot stop worrying about it now. I have also been having twinges under my ribs that's usually accompanied by a lot of burping and stomach gurgling.
I've had this discomfort for about 5+ years, I don't know why my mind has decided to focus on it now. It's like my brain always needs something to panic about. :( I keep trying to tell myself if it was anything bad there would have been some changes in the last few years but my head keeps going to the worst.
