pain / tenderness in left side and above pubic bone

For a long time now on/off I've been getting this pain/tenderness tucked right next to my left hip and also felt just above pubic bone :( I used to get it when been the loo and after sex but past few weeks its been constant at times can also feel like a pressure feeling above pubic bone making me need loo if u press just by hip it actually feels lie a hard lump. Last had a scan on it 2years ago but nothing found then two weeks ago I went A&E and got bloods / urine / xrays All clear.... its really stressing me out that it won't go :( anyone else get anything like this ??

I get the exact same thing I wake every morning with a throbbing ache in my deep left groin and can feel a lump sometimes I can feel the pressure there when walking too fed up with stomach problems

I know this is an old post. But I feel almost the same thing. Did you found out what was causing this? How are you now?
