oh dr google how it enlightens me. i have now diagnosed myself with ibc and doubt i will make it to my 18th birthday (I'm 17). On the under side of my right breast i had a pink/red mark which i discovered last sunday. I have been taken photographs of it and have taken my sisters words on it that it looks smaller and less red(it is now a pale pink). Should the fact that it looks less red and smaller be enough for me to convince myself that I am not dying? Plus my sister worked at a gynecology office for about 5 years and she told me she has seen worse and that it is nothing to worry about.
