Useful link to Exposure Response Therapy (ERP) and problems in implementing strategy.

Hi all,

I was doing some searching for something and came across this useful .pdf to looks at the issues in implementing a successful ERP strategy in OCD.

Its got a fair amount of detail in about using it and the pitfalls so I thought it might be useful for those using it as it might help them to adjust things that are going wrong or to point to something to discuss with the therapist.

I noticed that some of the mental statements that are sometimes promoted to assist with acceptance are mentioned in here and discussed in terms of their negative impact in OCD.
