    Thumbs down PA pernicious anemia B12 definciey

    I find out on Wednesday if I have pernicious anemia, my B12 is very low and folic acid is slightly low. But I'm worried bout this. Can someone who has this give me some advice. Thanks in advanced x

    I have anemia but it's iron deficient anemia different to yours
