Mornings. Travelling to college from 9am-11am are the worst times for me. Then once I have a bad panic attack I feel a little thrown off all day until I get home.
It's horrible. I never get it when I'm at home though.
for me its first thing in morning, but my counsellor has sed to try and go out for a walk in mornings. just to release the 'natural serotonin'. just something as simple as this helps me. its wierd, ive started to enjoy the simpler things in life.
Sunshine, I've read so much about the importance and beneficial effects of exercise that tomorrow I'm going to search in the cupboard under the stairs and get my Stepper out. Thanks for the motivation.
id say just befor bed as i have problems with sleeping but i dont seem to get bad untill i come in to contact with real ppl, normaly feel most depressed at bed times tho so thats what i voted
I checked "First thing", when I usually wake up with stomach cramp, but early evening can sometimes be bad when I'm tired and stressed from a day at work.
Fear's a dangerous thing,
It will turn your heart black, you can trust.
It'll take your God-filled soul
And fill it with devils and dust.

yeh like 1-3am is bad for me then im ok but in the winter also when it starts getting dark super early its like all night lol
Do we move along with fate?Or is it fate that unravels wih the steps we take?
I put mid morning. I am fine when I wake up and anxiety hits me as I am going to work. It them subsides a bit lunch time onwards. Says a lot about my job LOL as I am fine weekends.
Around lunchtime when I have to eat. I'm always terrified that i'll be sick because my anxiety attacks unsettle my stomach.
I wake up about 3:00 or 4:00 in the morning worrying about my situation. If I sleep at all after that it will be fitful and soaked with my anxiety. I get up about 7:00 make a calming tea while still soaked with anxiety. I usually don't feel better until noon or much later. Nighttimes before bedtimes are usually not so bad and I can read a book without too much effort. I sleep a few hours and the cycle repeats itself.
