Re: when do you feel it most?

Definately first thing in the morning. It takes me ages to get anything done. Going through the worst of my depression as well, I used to cry as soon as I woke up.Once I,m up and about and start doing things I find things a lot easier. I think the key is to get up, don't dwell and keep busy I am writing this at 7:15 am so now I,m gonna log off, go have a shower, get dressed and hopefully soon I,m ready to face the day. LOL

    Early evening

Work is finished and my mind has time to lock into someone, which is time turns into a panic attack

When i first wake up. I wake with a 'start' and my stomach is in knots. I end up crying everytime this happens. Anxiety is horrid! :(

I hate the dark im longing for the sun and the brightness and the light nights when i awaken and its dark outside i feel terrible and its an effort too drag myself out of bed but when the sun streams through the windows i feel happy and have a spring in my step and more motivation to up and at them x

I feel the same about foggy nights. It was quite foggy last night and looking out of the window at the street lights shining through the mist calmed me down somewhat.

At the moment I find afternoons most stressful. I usuallyl start the day quite hopeful. Sometimes it goes downhill all the way and sometimes it improves.

I find first thing in the morning the worset time of day. Even though I can't lie in bed, the though of getting up sometimes fills me with dread.

This one was a tough choice because I tend to feel it both first thing and just before I go to bed so I chose the one I struggle with the most and that's trying to get to sleep.
