really annoyed today 17 days into one a day 75mg venlafaxine and ive had constant anxiety since about 2pm 'butterflies' i know this is part of the course but it is upsetting me. i hate this has anyone else got this at the moment?

You could possibly ask your Dr for a beta-blocker. They'll happily prescribe one to you provided that you don't suffer from asthma or have low blood pressure - and you may only need to take it for a couple of weeks while you overcome the worst of the start-up effects.
