Mucus in stool and gurgling stomach!

Hi everyone

God it's been years since I've needed your help on here!

I'm 33 and just had a baby, well 3 months old

I seem to have mucus in my poo its yellow / clear and it can be stringy it's been going on for about three weeks

Also going the toilet for a poo after eating, and sometimes it's soft and other times I'm constipated

My stomach is also gurgling quite a bit but with having a new born finding it hard to fit meals in so eating a small breakfast then maybe nôthing till 9 at night

I did have ibs about 10 years ago when my dad passed away, do you think it's back?

Sounds like ibs to me too! I had mucus in my stool for the first time a few weeks ago (or I assume it was the first time but I'd never actually looked at it til this all started) and I panicked really badly but two family members with ibs told me it happens to them a lot. Hopefully this is of ease xx
