20mg propananol

doctor gave me these a week ago to scared to take them

he told me that the dose is to small for me to feel any effects im not sure about this is he right

any info would be great thanks

I was on 20mg before and it helped me so much, recently asked my doctor for them again and stupidly am like you, scared to take them, even though I was on them for a year before and not only survived but felt a hell of a lot better!!

My suggestion (and what I'll do when I stop being a wimp), is to take half a one...in fact you can get 10mg, so could ask doc...then you can build slowly.

I panic as soon as I swallow one but I do know its me panicking and not a reaction to the tablet.

Take the Pills Mark lol ...... I promise they will be fine, take one and forget about it and see how it goes..... but you won't feel any adverse reactions
