Had abdominal ultrasound today - very scared

I had my abdominal ultrasound today and due to go in tomorrow for the pelvic one. Been having some issues with abdominal pains and bloating. Everything was going fine until i looked up and saw red and blue marks around a particular area. This has really worried me. The lady didn't mention anything about my results. Could these red and blue markings be cancer? Any ideas what this could be? So scared..

We can't really tell you what a scan shows but I doubt cancer would show as red and blue markings that is probably just how the scan works.

You will need to discuss this with the doctor really.
