It's great for the shakes and butterflies. It works on the physical symptoms so it might do the trick. 10mg is a low dose (I take 40) so I'd give it a go if your GP has prescribed it.

Thank you pipkin I'll try anything to get rid of this dizziness lightheaded feeling that's the only symptom I really get.
