Anxiety and Hangovers

he guys as you can see from this post i complain alot about the physical side of my ANX.

pls pls pls

what i would like to ask you all, if you have managed to get out for a night and go over board, in my case, mixing drinks and head banging all night, to the point where i cant bend my head forward with out it hurting.

now i feel worse than before ,
feels like the left side of my face is slightly swollen too, if i touch the little pieces at the beginning of my ears , my left one feels slightly larger and firmer that the right one, same with my left cheek too, anyone get this?

Sounds like a hangover to me. Try to cut down and don't mix drinks when you are feeling so anxious as hangovers do not help the anxiety symptoms
