hi havent been on for a while, ****ty day today cant get motivated again, didnt have my hypnotherapy my nurse didnt think it would help. i sat in a car outside for an hour nearly died lol, she is coming again next monday to do it again feel sick just thinking about it. never mind hope ur all ok byex

Sounds like you are feeling pretty down - don't worry, we all get like that sometimes!! Just try to stay positive. after all, things can only get better, right?

before going to school i would usually become physically sick, so i now how you feel. This treatment may help you so think to yourself that you could be cured in the next few months, or not even that!!!

Think of good things that will happen in the future, not what is bad!
