    Rush of the heart for about 1 second

    I was uptight at work earlier and I felt my chest muscles tightening from the stress. Then suddenly I felt my heart make three quick beats and drop back to the normal pattern. I'm alright now but that was scary...

    Hi I get this all the time it's horrible and makes you feel a bit shaky for a minute, I think it's stress!
