Lymph node in neck

On the left side I feel a tiny ball almost the size of a kernel of corn. It moves quite a bit. Never felt it before and hubs is just telling me it's been there ive jusy never noticed it. I can't feel it on my right side. I did just get over a pretty bad cold and now I have a sinus infection with a sore throat. Any suggestions?cshould i worry?

I currently have one in my neck sounds exactly the same as yours, I went to the docs and she it was due to the fact I had had a cold etc, asked me to go back in for 3 weeks to see if I needed anti biotics. Yours sounds the same, but go to the docs to put your mind at rest
