Strange feeling in between my eyes!!?

Hi Everyone

It's hard to describe this feeling but I'll do my best...

Have you ever started moving your finger to the bridge of your nose slowly with your eyes open and you get this sensation but without even touching the bridge of your nose, if so (it sounds crazy I know) but I have this sensation right now and I've had it for hours it's really worrying me..

Can anyone relate..?

Sounds like it might just be some eye strain or slight sinus pressure. You may have been squinting too much recently (e.g. staring at a computer screen for hours on end or doing a lot of reading). Could also just be a bit of sinus congestion, particularly if you are prone to hayfever. And then again, it could just be some muscle tension from stress, because when a person is anxious they can become tense in the face and head which can cause these "pressure" feelings.

It's a hard symptom to describe, but I think it's what you've just said (sinus congestion) because soon as i woke up I was sneezing like crazy and their was plenty of mucus that came out, my nose is now runny, so I think you've hit the nail on the head...
