Like a lot of people on here i've been finding it tough to deal with my anxiety over christmas everywhere is so busy, iv been ill constantly & i haven't got the routine of uni to keep me motivated. Having hardly left the house this week i decided enough was enough & that i was going to do some sale shopping struggled a bit but took it easy & went to the quieter shops & got some good bargains! So glad & happy i forced myself to do it as the longer i leave it the harder it gets.
