Heart rate when having panicattacks

HI


When ever I'm having a panic attack and i feel my pulse to me it feels faint. I dont have palpatations and a thumping in chest like i should...Does any one else get this?

Hi Kelly, the same thing as happened to me a few times my heart rate only being 63/64 bpm but I have actually been anxious at the time....not sure why this is but hoping you
get some replys that might give us a answer, is this the reason you are awake at this time

Thanks for the reply...Im At work at the moment but this morning had a pretty bad attack and i didnt feel any palpatations just a faint fast heart beat. I have been doctors about this and i had a 24hr ecg done yesterday and waiting for the results....Its really scarey when this happens it worries me that my hearts stopping when this happens.
