Blood when wiping

I've never had anything like this before and of course I'm anxious like hell now! Face gone bright red and sweating through panic.

Went to the loo, had a wipe and thought "huh is that blood". Checked later and there seemed to be bright red bits on the loo paper. I've had several internal piles in the past but has never bled and now my anus feels a little sore. There wasn't any blood in the stools from what I could see and I'm a bit itchy too.

Get yourself some Anusol cream.

Sounds like piles to me too, I had this same symptom years ago!

Get some pile cream for them and the itching should gox
