    Hi Miss,

I know how you feel. I usually dread a new year starting but this year I'm trying to be more positive and going to face it head on. Hugs xxxx

    Hi Miss,
I can totally empathise with how you feel. The hustle and bustle before and during Christmas keeps our minds occupied. Now its over and there is time to dwell on negative thoughts. Try to be positive. Invent things to look forward to next year. Promise yourself treats if you manage to accomplish something positive. Look forward to the longer days and keep active.
You know you'll get through this, You did last year,

    Best Wishes for 2007,
    TC xxxxxxxxxxxx

I am dreading going back to work on Tuesday as I know that I will probably be out of a job by the 25th Jan.

I have been putting off facing it the last few weeks and now it is even closer I have to decide where my life is going and what on earth I am going to do!

I will enjoy tomorrow night at least then face it on the 2nd !

I empathise about New Year's Eve too. I had a dreadful time last year and am not in a hurry to repeat it.

I've decided to view it as just another day. I think it is hard for a lot of people due to the emphasis we place on the day, particularly looking back on the past year and thinking about the future. I'm hoping looking upon it as an ordinary day will means things are different this year.

I empathise too with the New Year Eve thingy.

I am planning a visit to the museum including lunch ( if I can handle it) tomorrow in the day then a relaxing bath in the evening. I have invited friends over on New Years Day so I don't have to worry about partying. Oh the joys of getting older!

I totally understand. Having Social anxiety makes it so hard to enjoy New Year! Never mind lets hope 2007 is panic free I wish! LOL

    Take care,
