Hey guys,
I've had a little problem for a while now that I can't seem to get my head around.
After minimal exertion, I seem to struggle severely with intolerance to exercise. This happens nearly every day in this sequence:
- I will cycle to university, the cycle is on an electric bike so it's *extremely* light exercise. My heart rate will be 140-150 most of the way.
- I will arrive, and my heart rate will sustain itself for an hour at around 110-120.
- It will then sustain itself around 90-100 whilst I'm out.
- When I'm on my way home it will sustain itself around 130-140.
- When I'm home, it will quickly drop to 90. It will then rest at around 80. Then I'll lay down and it'll drop to 70.
I'm really concerned about this behaviour. It feels so very fast, to the point where I'm very concerned for my wellbeing, yet I have never had a heart issue found.
It's also odd that being in my home surroundings seems to calm my heart rate, even though I don't feel anxious at all whilst out, I even feel quite relaxed at times.
