sorry to hear that Jodie and you're not going on at all. Look after yourself. This is completely normal when you suffer from anxiety

    Hi,

You are not alone. Sometimes after a panic attack I am also left in a shivering, trembling heap. Just remember that it does pass and it's just a 'blip'.

    Hope you feel better soon.

<<BIG HUG>> to my friend Jo, one of the nicest people I know.

Sorry to hear this has happened and hope you will soon be feeling better.

I always try and convince myself when my 'radar' starts getting anxious that I've been there before and come through it and hope that this can nip the symptoms in the bud.

    Take care

    Chris

    Jodie,

You have seen the doc and so you know it is panic and nothing else. Just accept the panic and let the violent storm happen. You will survive.

I have had bad panic attacks for years but I am still here!

    Hugs,

    Ray
