    Vibrations

My legs have been vibrating all day. It feels like an electric motor or something is being rolled under the skin, or like I'm sitting on top of something electric.

I just want it all to go away. I didn't even feel that anxious until it kept on at it. Is this normal for anxiety?

How do I make it go away? I've taken my Propranolol but it hasn't worked. I need something that's going to make this stop.

    Re: Vibrations

Yes, its very common. Its due to the adrenaline. One member on here referred to it as "buzzing bees" which seems appropriate.

I tend to find this comes when I am sitting about and movement gets rid of it temporarily. To get rid of it more you need to become more relaxed, which is not easy at first, but you can try breathing exercises and Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) which can help.

One thing I tend to find is that deeper breathing can help it go away.
