i am afraid of oral ccccc

i am male from india cyberchondriac 19 year old no smoke history no tobacco no drinking.2 weeks ago i felt something pointy under my cheek when touched with tongue. i saw it under light it was a sore like thing very small a bit red and pointy after 3-4 days it changed its color became white but same size but more round than pointy its 13-14 days since i spotted it .its color has changed to little grey and it has hardly changed its size and i feel small uneven bump like structures behind it only when i touch with tongue but not visible. i also expierence some tmj like symptoms on the same left side like pain on neck and throat muscles of left side and pain in and under jaw, pain in left ear, pain in cheek that comes and goes like a flash like electric shock, these pains are sometimes on right side as well but more on left side the sore is really small its hard to spot in normal light i am 19 never smoked never used tobbaco never drank alchohol.i also have a throat infection for about a month i doesnt goes because i drink cold water. a week ago i just damaged my left foliate papillae by finger it has still not healed i am afraid

yes dentist he says its fine nothing wrong its normal nothing to worry about. But i cant live with this what if it grows
