I went to a fair tonight I've been most nights

Anyhow I got a overwhelmed feeling of my body turning to jelly and my stomach had drops of butterflys feeling
and I couldn't breath or hardly walk !

Pins and needles then started in my hands I wobbled my way to paramedics who did bloodpressure/sugarlevel ect all fine except my heart rate he said it was too fast after 20 minutes and


that slowed .I still dont feel 100% now and he said if I get it again tonight to go a&e I mentioned I had panic attacks but hes the first doctor to not think its a panic attack am I crazy in panicking that its not a panic attack ?

He has to be responsible and not rule out that it may not be a panic attack.

Sounds like anxiety/panic.

At least you don't do a long high pitched scream on roller coasters like I do.
