    is there light at the end of the tunnel

    I'm on day 10 of increased dose of cit whicheck 20mg and although alot of physical anxiety symptoms have died down I'm still feeling really anxious paranoid and depressedanxiety so fatigued, will this ever end or am I stuck feeling this way forever, it's ruining my life

    No, it won't last. You will begin to feel better soon.

    Heightened anxiety and/or depression symptoms and especially fatigue and sleepiness are totally normal when starting/increasing meds. It is par for the course, and you are not alone with having them, though I know that isn't much consolation when suffering them. Try to see this as a necessary step to getting through the other side, and keep telling yourself that this won't last and soon I will feel way better than I do now.....you will!
