Physiotherapy for panic attacks?
I have panic disorder and agoraphobia, I wouldn't say I'm cured but I'm about 95% treated I would say just from forcing myself to expose myself to my fears. It was hard but I have pretty much got there. I have been referred to physio for my panic attacks as the constant panicking for months has left me with really bad back pain as I always sit hunched in a panic and they will also teach me relaxation techniques.
Have any of you been to physio for anxiety or panics? Just looking to find out what happens at the appointments.
