Morning everyone
Woke up this morning after a good 8 hour sleep.
Only feeling slightly anxious.
Yesterday I managed to walk around a big shopping mall for 3 hours with my wife and daughter.
While I was there I had a chinese massage and some acuapuncture.
Don't know whether that helps!
When we got home I put my running gear on and went for a run!
I felt pretty settled the rest of the evening.
I find the execise is helping massively!
Appetite is still not great and I'm still suffering with diarrhoea.
Also still getting the sweats a little but that seems to be calming down.
I've got my first CBT booked for Thursday lunchtime.
