I turn the TV on at lunch time and immediately fall asleep for an hour or 2.
I call it my nanny nap.

Noise
(Lucky you can nap for a couple of hours, I can't sleep during the day, think the drugs have made me sensitive to noise too)
If you are one of the lucky souls allowed to enter NZ at this time please remember two things:
1. We did the hard months in lockdown abiding by rules for you to get here.
2. No one gives a shit if you prefer white towels or hotels with sea views.
You're in quarantine for fourteen days ...obey the rules.
Echo
I don't sleep well at night
Usually up at about 4am.
I'm sensitive to noise all the time.
I think it's part of my anxiety.
When I had my hip done I had my motorbike parked in the garage on it's stand.
I used to go out each morning and try to lift my foot onto the peg to gauge my progress.

Honk!
(Just what you don't want to hear!
My sleep is generally shyte, I wake up every couple of hours but generally rack up at least 6 hrs in total. It's due to having CFS and other autoimmune stuff, I think the op and meds has sent me into a bit of a flare, but I'll get through it)
Ms L sorry you are having a rough day, hope tomorrow is better... lots of love xx
