My lower back issues could be due to autoimmune stuff or osteoarthritis
Good when I can use my recumbent bike, have to wait about another 6 weeks.
Yep, I'm quite fit and a good weight so physical recovery is easier

No Lesley it’s my knee from when I fell down the stairs at mum and dads, I am back on intravenous antibiotics
They operated on it but the bloody knee has blown up like a balloon and my lungs aren’t much better.
