I'm ever the optometrist but there could actually be about 100 cases linked to this South Auckland cluster, that's according to the Director General of Health!! This evening a case has popped up at a school on the North Shore, I'm picking there is a connection with one of the parents work places and the South Auckland one. It seems that airport staff haven't been tested regularly, that's a no brainer!
If you are one of the lucky souls allowed to enter NZ at this time please remember two things:
1. We did the hard months in lockdown abiding by rules for you to get here.
2. No one gives a shit if you prefer white towels or hotels with sea views.
You're in quarantine for fourteen days ...obey the rules.

(All the cases are linked to the one cluster, Auckland in Alert Level 3 for another 12 days, 15,000 swabs done yesterday)

We had 2 blokes on a coal ship from China who tested positive today now the ship is heading North (go figure) send the ship back to China and stuff the coal.grrr
