(Had the op 8.30 yest morn easy peazy, nice painkillers and fab service and meals, yummo. Physio took me for a walk up and down some stairs, again pretty easy. The worse part is getting back into bed) David bought me lovely flowers so I'm being spoilt rotten).

(Because of the meds I had, they gave me laxatives and I got myself into some trouble, apparently the meds give most people constipation
