is this anxiety

i suddenly feel sick very sick in head like when you feel when you have fever i feel i have fever but i dont have fever. i get sick feeling more in head and is followed by nausea i feel to lie on bed and call an ambulance cuz its so disturbing. sometimes i feel strange headache that goes away in 4-5 seconds more on right side this feeling goes away in few minutes but all i am left with is anxiety i get this several times a day like spells of something i dont know and cant describe . from past week i have been experiencing little slurred speech. i am experiencing confusion and brain fog. when i look myself in mirror i feel i have changed everytime i see myself. i had 2 ct scans 2 months ago one in july and other in august and mri on same day all normal. i am afraid has radiation from ct scan caused me something.

no im sure it is just anxiety. people get it in different ways. just notice the symptoms and when they come remind yourself that it is just anxiety and try fight it back and pretty soon it will get better
