i had a mental breakdown 3 months ago and i keep telling myself il get better but im not. my doc gave me these tablets 6 weeks ago but i keep putting off taking them.
well after reading this il be giving them a go tomorow.

With the combination of medication and therapy I am the happiest I have ever been in my life. I am also still taking the medication daily and would recommend it to anyone.

Good luck and with hard work you will come out the other side happier. Just make sure to put in the hard work and to be good to yourself. Accept the situation and accept your anxiety, depression, ocd for what it is. Don't let it control you.
