With 5 mgs you won't have any side effects. Things can only get better if you do. If you do have bad sides, you can always get off them.

I have taken Kalm tablets, will I be ok still mixing these with Escitilopram?

How have the first few days been?

Finally took it.

About an hour later I very alert then tired then alert then tired again. Bit shaky, as the day went on felt a.bit sick then finally it seemed to even out a bit however I still feel a bit hazy and slight sore head.

Hopefully better tomorrow on this stuff.

Day two, felt a little alert about an hour after taking it but nothing too bad.

Making me feel tired again and yawning a lot. Appetite seems to have gone and I'm forcing food, felt a little sick in the morning but all in a better day on this stuff.

Been taking just after breakfast before work. Nerves feel shot to bits just now so I'm still dealing with these shakes and panics and may as well deal with any side effects of these at the same time.

maybe try taking it at night? It has worked well for me at night.

Stay busy and exercise as much as you can.
