Oh Karen hun i am soooo sorry you feels so poorly Please feel free to call me or text or pm me if you want to discuss your symptoms,if it is to do with tummy things,i am an expert You must not ignore it tho hun.You can always call nhs direct for reassurence ,if you dont want to see a dr.Yes ,the trying to explain food obssesions is a tricky one hey matey! Often what we fear isn't nearly so bad when we get to it - you are feeling very uncomfortable mate so it makes sense to sort it. It can't be any worse than how you are feeling now can it.

You know that I agree with Piglet and what would you tell me to do if it was me having to face something I'm terrified of? I do understand your fears but you need to get this sorted sis. You'll feel alot better once you do I'm sure.
