I have taken some more stuff to the charity shop today. I'm getting there but there is so much to do still.

Have to leave here by 7pm to go back to hospital. It is coming round so quickly and I am a bit nervous about tomorrow. It is a formality really but I keep thinking something might go wrong at the last minute and I might have to stay in hospital. It should be alright though. I've been eating and I've maintained. I'm just anxious because it is a meeting with my psychiatrist, social worker and CPN.

I hope to be back home for good by tomorrow night.

Are you happy with how everything has gone? I hope you don't mind me asking are you planning to maintain your current weight when you return home with the support from your GP?

Sorry to hear about the situation with K - as others have said it's difficult to know what to say not knowing what has actually gone on - I'm still so angry for you over the letter thing - just wish someone would tell you it was them so at least you;d know.
