Social occasion last night I couldn't avoid, drank far too much alcohol to combat nerves and this morning....I hate feeling this way. Dizzy, anxious and literally climbing the walls! I know it will pass but for today it's utter misery :(

Been there. Lots of fluids. I used to pig out on carby noodles the day after. Think my brain was craving serotonin.

my doctors put me on imipramine its an old 50's drug what they give cocaine users ive got to give him credit I feel a dam site better than I did 2 months ago and I can go out and moderately drink without having anxiety the next day
