Oh sue so proud of you i just knew you could do it. And no problem for the chat Youve sat and listened to me many times. I know life can seem so crap at times this is a lonely condition to have. thank you so much, yes Ray I am looking forward to next week now, apprehensive of course but feeling positive for the first time in a long time. Donna I asbolutely agree with you, Hey maybe I could also win the lottery as well then we could all go on an NMP holiday and have a brilliant two weeks of sun sea Sangria noticed I was really well behaved then and did not mention anything else (lol)

I am going to work so hard to beat this and I am so glad I never gave in to my feelings today
