isnt it nice when.............we have found that new bar of chocolate.....and it tastes so good.....that we will go to any lengths to get another taste of it !!!

We know its only chocolate...........yet...........to have constantly drilled into our own minds.........how bad chocolate is..........we were convinced that if we ate it.............it would kill us !!!!

But now...........we realise.........not only isnt chocolate bad......we are prepared to go to different shops to find this special chocolate and that sweet smell of success and confidence.

good on you sue.

p.s......one day at a time...too much chocolate can give you the runs !!

Well I will make you laugh, I dont sleep all night waiting for 9.30 to come round when my CPN was supposed to collect me, well he never turned up, I was so annoyed, i rang my CBT and explained why i was not there and he was great we talked on the phone and rearranged the apt. Sadlin, had sent me my black jacks and i was all ready to go out and have an excuse to eat them, but then nothing.

So I got me coat on, thought well i will do be own CBT today and went for a walk past me safety zone, ( thats past a tree) but i was so impressed, on Saturday i got the car fixed and I drove meself to the shops twice. First attempt was pathetic, i took Willow and OMG i am surprised all mothers of 4 year olds arent Agoraphobic cos she nearly drove me insane, demanding the shop assistant had a magazine with Dora the Explorer in it, I dont even like Dora the bloomin Explorer but she refused to leave without one.

Second time i went down there was less stressful, So thanks to Black Jacks and a stupid CPN I got meself out of that door.

I am quite chuffed at what I have done all I have to do is the same thing every day
