TMI period clots, worried :s

Hey uh..

Ever since i've suffered with anxiety my periods have been super painful, i'll assume its to do with my hormones and stress.

Today I passed a blood clot bigger than i'd ever passed before.. well that i've seen anyway. It was about the size of a 10p and it was attached to a string of discharge.

I'm really worried because when I think of blood clots, I think of those blood clots that get in peoples blood stream then kills them.

I'm I over thinking? I'm not use seeing blood clots come out of me and now i'm panicing.

You may benefit from a visit to doc about it as some birth control pills can balance you out, make your periods lighter and less painful.
