Feeling abandoned and trapped

Hi everyone,
I'm a 26 year old female from the east essex area.
Looking for friends having just come out of a very in depth relationship which all my friendships were linked to. My family live quite far away and I find myself trapped inside alone with no ideas on how to make new friends.
I work from home so that's not an ideal situation!
Any contact would be appreciated! Especially from others in the area.
